Peking Opera
Tang Sanzang and his three disciples journeyed to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures. They ate and slept in the open air, spent the night, and walked at dawn. They arrived at a mountain, surrounded by rugged, precipitous rocks. Following his master's orders, Zhu Bajie explored the mountain. On the way, he encountered a female demon named Jinling. Master Jinling was lured into a cave. The demon possessed a "soul bell" that, when shaken, could scare away souls. Zhu Bajie attempted to steal the bell, but he stole a fake one. The demon discovered the real bell and rang it, prompting Zhu Bajie to flee.
