Summary:
The film tells the story of Sun Wukong escaping from the Five Fingers Mountain and bringing his oppressed demon brothers to make trouble in the Heavenly Palace again. 400 years ago, the Monkey King (played by Xie Miao) led the demon world to attack the Heavenly Palace, and played tricks on the immortals. Later, he was subdued by Tathagata and suppressed under the Five Fingers Mountain, and a generation of demon kings fell. In the following four hundred years, the demon world was suppressed by the immortal world and never recovered. 400 years later, although Sun Wukong escaped from the Five Fingers Mountain with the help of a passing little girl Ayi (played by Chen Yitong), he was no longer glorious. He was despised by his former brothers and gradually lost himself in suffering everywhere.
