Summary:
After Zhu Bajie succeeded in learning Buddhist scriptures, he became the messenger of the Pure Altar. Because of his pursuit of noble love, he fell in love with the Jade Rabbit, and was involved in a conspiracy to overthrow the heaven. In danger, he traveled to modern society and met a man who made a living by selling pork. The gambler Zhu Dachang is found to have magical powers and is exploited. Together they fight against Ao Bing, a real estate businessman who wants to demolish the wet market. On the way, they meet Jade Rabbit (Qiu Yue) who has fallen into the post-modern era. They are caught in the conflict between love and non-love. In the gambling game where the vegetable market was used as collateral, he was uneasy because of Qiu Yue’s absence at the critical moment. After losing the market, he was betrayed by his friends, but he accidentally discovered Ao Bing’s plot to sacrifice Qiu Yue and obtain magic power to unify the three realms. In order to save Qiu Yue, he started a battle with Ao Bing, and finally understood that they met by fate, love was born from love, and love is not lust. Finally, he defeated Ao Bing, the eldest prince of the Dragon King of the South China Sea, who was trying to overthrow the heaven, and the controller behind him. He achieved great enlightenment and became a true Messenger of the Altar.
