Summary:
In order to find new scriptures, the four master and apprentices gathered together in today’s society, but they have subverted the characters that people were familiar with before. Tang Monk became a self-admiring narcissist, while Sun Wukong became arrogant and became the most powerful person in the world. Bajie, who is getting fatter and fatter, speaks fluent Northeastern dialect, but his lust remains the same; and the one who has changed the most is Monk Sha. He has become a ruthless character who never looks back until he hits the wall. There is also a robot Blue in the middle, which is cold from the inside out, top to bottom, because it will cause a short circuit when heated. On the way westward, there was an earthquake and tsunami. The water-logged Blue was short-circuited and turned into a crazy maniac. The five people in the group staged a series of hilarious jokes on the way to seek the scriptures, which made the audience laugh.
