Summary:

The audience found that the animated film "Flame Mountain Adventure" is exactly the same as the animated film "Red Boy's Story of Flame Mountain" which won the Taiwan Golden Horse Award in 2005, but the names of the producers, directors and other main creators have all been changed. After interviews with many parties, it was learned that the film is indeed a remake of the old film, deliberately concealing the truth in the publicity, infringing on the consumer's right to know, and such incidents are not uncommon in the current animation film industry.

The film was edited from 87 minutes to 84 minutes, nothing else. The plot, theme, all original animations, and backgrounds are almost unchanged from the previous version. To be precise, "Flame Mountain Adventure" is just a re-release with a different name.

During the pre-release promotion of "Flame Mountain Adventure", it was never mentioned that this animation was a modified version of "Red Boy's Big Talk about Flame Mountain", and this important information was not informed to the audience at all. The person in charge explained: "This is the plan of our company's entire project. We are promoting this project in such an order, and we are not saying that it is different." It is obviously a "secondary production", but the original creative team list has been completely changed. The producer changed from "Taiwan Hongguang" to "Wu Du Xiaoxiang"; the original director was Taiwanese director Wang Tong, but now it has become Xiao Huaihai. Mr. Zhang said that he would issue a formal statement to the media to explain these questions. But the producer does not think there is anything wrong with the second release.
