Summary:

The Dragon Girl of the East China Sea (played by Li Qinyao), who controls the wind and rain, loses her memory and turns into a fish. She unexpectedly meets Han Xiangzi (played by Zhang Yuan), who has a predestined relationship with her. The two are enlightened by the storyteller and travel eastward to find the Dragon Gate.
